The Paul's Academy Student Term's And Condition
For students and parents
Effective: Immediately upon digital consent at enrollment
- Enrollment and Acceptance
By enrolling a student and providing digital consent on the Academy’s information page, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Academy’s Privacy
and Refund policies.
A parent or legal guardian must consent for any minor.
- Fees and Payment
Advance Payment Required: All fees must be paid in advance through the Academy’s official
payment channels.
No Payments to Tutors: Do not pay tutors directly. Payments made to tutors or third parties are
outside the Academy’s control; the Academy is not liable or responsible for any loss, dispute, or
claim arising from such off-channel payments.
- Delivery of Services
The Academy provides tuition and teaching assistance online and on-premises.
Students are responsible for required devices, internet access, and punctual attendance.
The Academy may record online sessions for administrative and quality purposes; recordings are
handled per the Privacy Policy.
- Conduct, Misconduct, and Social Media
The Academy has zero tolerance for misconduct, including harassment, bullying, threats,
discrimination, abusive language, or behavior harming others or the Academy’s reputation.Reported misconduct will be investigated; the Academy may suspend or terminate services and take
disciplinary measures.
The Academy may pursue legal action against anyone who posts defamatory, false, or reputation
damaging content about the Academy.
- Teacher Misconduct
Allegations of teacher harassment or misbehavior will be treated seriously and investigated.
The Academy will take strict action when appropriate.
The Academy is not liable for misconduct by third parties or for actions it did not authorize or promote.
- Data, Marketing Consent, and Privacy
By consenting, you authorize the Academy to store and use the personal data you provide for
administration, educational delivery, and marketing and promotional purposes (newsletters, offers,
course updates), unless you opt out as permitted by the Privacy Policy.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Academy’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Cancellations, Refunds, and Force Majeure
The Academy may cancel or reschedule classes; notice and make-up sessions or pro rata refunds
will be provided where appropriate.
Refunds follow the published Refund Policy; fees for sessions already delivered are generally non
refundable.
The Academy is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control.
- Intellectual Property and Recordings
Course materials, curricula, and recordings are the property of The Paul’s Academy or its licensors.
Students receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
- Liability, Indemnity, and Legal RemediesTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy’s liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant
service.
The Academy will not refund or resolve disputes arising from payments made outside official
channels.
Parents and students agree to indemnify and hold the Academy harmless from claims, losses, or
expenses arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, off-channel payments, or
defamatory/unlawful social media posts by the enrolling party.
The Academy may take legal action to protect its staff, students, property, and reputation.
- Complaints, Governing Law, and Changes
Use the Academy’s internal complaints process first; unresolved matters may be pursued through
legal remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Paul’s Academy is registered.
The Academy may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued enrollment
after notice constitutes acceptance.
- Safeguarding and Health
The Academy implements safeguarding measures and may require background checks for staff
where required by law.
Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions and authorize emergency care if necessary.
Digital Consent Notice

of these Terms and Conditions and related policies.
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between The Paul’s Academy, its students, and
